In the early 1900s Denver acquired foothill land that set the stage for tourism and an enviable string of scenic mountain parks. From the Mt. Morrison CCC camp and Red Rocks Amphitheater through the Lariat Loop Scenic Byway, explore, by bus and foot, work by Olmsted Brothers, Burnham Hoyt, and many who came after.

$225 per person; includes transportation, bottled water, museum entrance fees, and catered lunch. Moderate walking.
